Helen at the reception seemed the only person with brains. Nice gardens. Friendly pool man.

The door did not close, safe did not work, toilet did not flash, etc etc The staff are generally so incompetent that, on the end, we only laughed. Afternoon high tea is a joke. And again, the staff did not know what to do. It is funny how the staff in small hotels are usually switched on and clever. In big hotels, just the opposite. Foul stench as the water / lake around the hotel is a swamp.

The resort is very peaceful to stay accompanied with excellent staff. The communication with us was excellent and there was no prblm while checkin and also checkout. I would specially like to mention miss priyanka who was very swift and also very kind in carrying out her duties at the restaurant. She was quick to communicate with us and also provide us the breakfast within no time. she also helped us in handling our 8 month old baby. I also had planned a surprise for my wife and it was executed very well.

The rate per night stay is a little high and some concession to be given or else can include dineer or lunch in the same rate in the package.

The staff at the restaurant was so rude and very poor service except one young lady called Rini I believe. The first night we arrived we had to call several times, black bugs on the bedding, sheets changed, floor not clean, no internet, it all was disappointing. The Manager who we met with his son was very nice and helpful Okay for an overnight maybe but not a holiday
