Aloft by Marriott Tempe

My experience staying at Aloft was amazing! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The service was amazing and the it was a very comfortable stay. Lorenza and Linda were so helpful in helping throughout the day and nights, always making sure every need was meet. Their smiles and friendly conversations made me feel like I was at home. Also the kitchen staff was very helpful making sure coffee was prepared each morning and also assisted with individual coffee for the groups that was make to perfection for each of us. The managers were very organized and most of all they were happy that we were there. Thanks again Lorenza and Linda (See ya at a Cowboys game next year) .

This is a great hotel to stay at for travelers. The rooms are nice and clean. Not too far from the airport and close to a lot of shopping and food options at Tempe Marketplace. Spoke with Linda at the front desk and she was very helpful and professional. She advised me on all the services the hotel provides and answered any questions I had. All the staff here provided a positive environment which is great for travelers who may be dealing with a little jet lag. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any family and friends who plan on visiting.

Was coming to Arizona to visit some family in time for Thanksgiving and Linda made my experience clear and worry free loved my room and my stay was very enjoyable will definitely come back to this hotel for my next trip!

There was a lot of environmental noise. Mostly because the property is next to a freeway and the planes flew directly overhead.

Room set-up, bottled water, airport shuttle

Air conditioner was leaking water to the carpet and there was a funny smell sometimes (moldy carpet)? Although airport shuttle nice it was 15 minutes later than the time I reserved, so reserve early if you plan to use it...

Shout out to lorena garcia!! She is an AMAZING LOVELY LADY. Always making sure we where doing good and if we needed anything. She went beyond in making us feel at home and getting us what we needed. Her smile and welcoming is ABSOLUTELY the best. You all have an EXCEPTIONAL WORKER 👏 💯 The food court very clean and well stocked 💯 Rooms well clean and we could feel the cleanliness

Lorena garcia was a great help she took care of us with love and never gave a attitude definitely deserves a raise definitely coming back with the help of her service

Lorena Garcia (front desk host) was the best I've ever experienced in my hotel hospitality experience. She was very welcoming and went out her way to make sure we had the best stay at Aloft Tempe. Me and my family will surely come back and hope to see her again. This is the second time we stay here and by far best experience getting to meet Lorena Garcia. Thank you Aloft Tempe for employing her she will surely keep people coming back to visit your hotel.

Lorena Garcia the breakfast cook is the kindest soul, going out of her way to make sure you have the best experience. I’ll come back just for her.

Excellent shower facilities, love the bed and pillows and iron and board. Nice patio area with pool, although weather kept us out.

Need a microwave in the room, thermostat was fixed to a certain temperature and pay to park. For the money, could provide breakfast.
