Hotel staff- Terrible I have never in my life seen such an incompetent and bigoted staff.

Lorena the kitchen cook prepared the most AWESOME refreshing courtesy drink that is made out of freshly cut oranges and mint leaves. Man, was that quenching! Not to mention, she had a great personality. Keep up the great work, Lorena! :)

Breakfast does cost money but the worker was amazing. Are fligh out was at 6am. She was very acomidating and made breakfast the day early and separated the spinach and tomatoes so they wouldn't get sogy so we could refrigerate them and then eat them the next morning using the microwave in loby.

Enjoyed my trip. Very clean hotel. Rooms were nice and friendly staff. Linda and Lorena were very nice and friendly. Enjoyed chatting with them. Will stay here next time I’m visiting.

My recent stay at Aloft Tempe was wonderful, and I particularly wanted to highlight the fantastic food and incredible staff member, Lorena, who works in the food preparation area.The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, but the daily breakfast service truly stood out. The food was genuinely really good and made for a perfect start to the day. We especially enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches they were fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly. The vanilla iced coffee was also very good. What made the experience exceptional was Lorena. She was consistently really nice and helpful every morning. It's clear she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Her positive attitude and efficiency really elevated the entire experience. Aloft Tempe is a great choice, and the outstanding service provided by staff like Lorena makes it highly recommendable. We look forward to staying here again!

I stayed here for around a month for training and the staff were so wonderful. Linda and Lorena were amazing to see in the morning, making our breakfast and cheering us on for the hard days to come. They have some fun things to do around the hotel and nice food across the street. The rooms were restocked everyday with fresh towels, wash cloths, and hand towels too! Thank you from the mesa flight attendants!!

I stayed at the Aloft in Tempe, it was clean, quiet and the best part was the check in with Linda. She was entergetic, helpful and was giving the best smile and a good laugh. Thank you Linda. You are the reason I will stay again.

Clean hotel with great staff in the heart of downtown Tempe. Bar with delicious drinks, and Linda at the front desk is the best! Say Hi if you see her!
