Aloft by Marriott Tempe

Heartfelt Thanks to ALOFT TEMPE TEMPE AZ and Linda at the Front Desk I originally booked my stay for September 28th at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix-Tempe/Airport through my Marriott Bonvoy membership. Unfortunately, I experienced serious cleanliness issues as well as discriminatory treatment at that property. Feeling both uncomfortable and disrespected, I had no choice but to check out in the middle of the night. I arrived at ALOFT TEMPE TEMPE AZ around 2:00 AM, exhausted and emotionally drained. At that moment, the front desk was handled by a lady—I believe her name was Linda (my sincere apologies if I remembered it incorrectly). From the very first moment she spoke to me, I felt genuine respect and warmth. There was not the slightest hint of discrimination. Instead, she listened patiently, showed empathy for what I had been through, and immediately took action to help me check in smoothly and quickly. Linda, your kindness made a real difference that night. After such a frustrating experience at the previous hotel, your professionalism and respectful attitude truly made me feel seen and valued as a guest. People often say that hospitality is about making guests feel at home—and you did exactly that when I needed it the most. I would also like to mention that the room at ALOFT TEMPE TEMPE AZ was much cleaner and more comfortable, which allowed me to finally rest and feel at ease after a long and stressful night. Thank you, Linda, and thank you to the ALOFT TEMPE TEMPE AZ team for restoring my confidence in what true hospitality should feel like.

When a shuttle was not available, Aloft hired an Uber and a taxi to ensure we were able to quickly travel to and from the airport!

A small microwave would have been handy to reheat leftovers.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The hotel was nice and clean and Linda helped us out with recommendations for food and fun. She was so nice, friendly and helpful.

Get the room on east of the build

Bad place to stay, very noisy, smelly and staff not friendly. The elevators didn’t work and you will have to pay for parking or risk the chance of getting towed.

They charge $10 for parking didnt know that. The room was clean but overkill of bleach overall good stay

Everything was clean and the staff was very kind

The staff at this hotel is exemplary. You couldn’t ask for nicer more competent people that are so accommodating. The hotel itself is clean and nice and kind of has a fancy feel to it.
