Hosts were exceptional and breakfast was amazing!

We absolutely love staying here! Beautiful mountain views and can't beat the private 2 person hot tub on the balcony. We love the option to have breakfast delivered in the morning. They are always so welcoming and leave hand written notes and chocolates for our anniversary. Just such an enjoyable place to stay.

My wife and I booked a relaxing mid-week "getaway" here and it was one of the most beautiful and wonderful B&B stays we've ever had in 40 years! Yes, it's really that good! Private hot tub was fabulous. Room and bed was excellent. Hosts were lovely. Breakfast was outstanding. And everything was clean, clean, clean! A very fun and relaxing place with tons of DVD movies and awesome books. Located in the heart of Old Colorado City. We will certainly be back.

An absolutely quaint and quiet place with amazing cozy rooms. But the best part of all was the friendly and helpful innkeepers, Monica and Tom! Thank you both for making me feel so welcome!!!

Old Town Guest House is the best place to stay in Colorado Springs! Monica and Tom are so welcoming and friendly and truly care about their guests. The rooms are very nicely decorated, and each one is unique. Amenities include a mini fridge, steam shower, and access to a microwave and ice machine. The free off-street parking is also a big plus.

This is a unique property with exceptional hosts/owners.

Monica & Tom are personable and absolutely lovely. Monica made oir stay so enjoyable. She had excellent recommendations and she went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. I highly recommend staying with them! We will surely return!!

The Victorian Rose room was even better than we could have predicted. Ultimate privacy, stunning Mountain views, spacious, excellently clean, private hot tub for 2, and the staff were incredible from booking confirmation to checking out. The whole B&B is immaculate, homey, welcoming, and a perfect reprieve for either a short stay or a long holiday weekend.

The hosts are excellent and tons of fun. The hotel is clean, easily accessible and very nice. Most rooms have hot tubs on the deck which is amazing. Can’t recommend this bed and breakfast enough. My office is one block from this awesome hotel and we live in town but love to come here for a staycation. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Loved everything, the property, history, food, incredible view, and most of all, Monica’s hospitality and knowledge of all surrounding sights. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
