As always an excellent stay at the Inn, not at least thanks to the Innkeepers Monica&Tom who always do their best to make their guests happy and relaxed. 6th time I stay there says it all I guess. Nice rooms and very good beds make you feel home at once. Central placed in OId Town with very good access to restaurants. Try it out, you will not regret.

What an amazing Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Old Colorado City (Colorado Springs). Easy walks to great shopping and dining. Absolutely fantastic home cooked breakfast. Close to Red Rock Canyon Open Space and Garden of the Gods. There's a nice park (Bear Creak) nearby with 10 brand new pickleball courts. The room was setup very nicely with a comfortable bed and two bathroom sinks. The basement had an amazing selection of activities including billiards, board games, and stand-up video games. Definitely a place we plan to come back to.

The my husband and I favorite place to stay and just relax! We love Monica and John! They are so please and accommodating! We recommend it highly!!

The Old Town Guesthouse B&B was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Colorado Springs. The hosts were great and the guesthouse is beautiful with so many nice amenities.We loved our room with a balcony. Definitely will visit again when we are out west.

This was a great place for a solo staycation. I had come here looking to relax and succeeded. I loved how friendly Monica was, and they made sure my stay was comfortable. I loved that the room had a private balcony and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. They had a huge DVD collection and a game room in the basement. I would come back here again!

Monica was born to be an inn keeper! She and her husband Tom (the crazy Irishman :) are such gracious hosts that made our stay one of the best I've ever had in a bed and breakfast. My friend and I arrived two days before our conference and were welcomed like family. The next morning we went down early to grab some coffee and there they were in the kitchen getting breakfast ready. Later, were treated to a homemade breakfast which we had for the following two days. On the days that we had to leave early to head to the conference, Monica had take away bage ready for us the night before. To me, that exeplifies unexpected and thoughtful hospitality. And considering that i work in that industry, I would give Monica and Tom the highest praise for running such a wonderful place and for making feel like were at Aunt Monica and Uncle Tom's. Manola and Nancy love you guys!!!

We were celebrating our 20th and decided to treat ourselves to The Victorian Room. We had an amazing experience and felt pampered but also felt our privacy was respected, and the room was very quiet. We were travelling with our cat companion and were so grateful that Old Town Guesthouse B&B accommodated him. Taking a soak in the hot tub under the stars was amazing and the view from the bed as well as the patio was of Pikes Peak. Waking up to sunrise on the mountain was stunning! Breakfast was included and was delicious. We had all the amenities we needed either in the room or in the common areas accessible to us. Thank you so much for our super pleasant and memorable experience!

Monica and Tom are absolutely the best InnKeepers I have run across. The attention to detail is beyond anything I have encountered. We stayed in the Poppy Room. The Hot Tub on the patio at sunset which looks out on the mountain tops and the fireplace at bedtime were thoroughly enjoyed. The basement/game room is super fun. This Inn would also be a great location to host an entire family for a wedding, reunion, etc.. as a buyout. Great location in Old Town COS and easily accessible to all parks, shopping and some truly amazing restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and hot. While this was our first visit to this BnB, other travelers have stayed here on multiple occasions and we intend to be back too. You will not be disappointed.

This is a lovely property with equally amazing owners. A must stay if you’re going to Colorado Springs.

Staying here is somewhat of a tradition for us. We've spent many an anniversary in the hot tub with a spectacular view of the mountains. Monica and Tom are the perfect hosts! We love the updates, the beds, and especially the delicious breakfasts. Blueberry French Toast was amazing! We'll be back to recharge our relaxation batteries again.
