Great room, quiet and comfortable for me and wife in our 50s with hot tub and views of Garden of the Gods, Pike Peak, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, easy parking on the property, home made breakfast, free dvd library, game room, would stay again

Friendly inn keepers, tasty breakfast, and lovely, comfortable room. Such a great location to explore Old Colorado City. Didn't hardly need to use my car.

Wonderful stay! Monica our host was delightful and made us feel so welcome. Our room was perfect from the comfy bed to the hot tub and fireplace. Views are breathtaking and location is perfect for activities and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops!

A great location for all things Colorado Springs. The restaurants are within walking distance and we took the host's recommendations and had a lovely evening with tapas. The room was beautiful and we loved the hot tub and view on the patio. Breakfast was amazing. We will return!

We spent 5 nights at the Old Town Guesthouse and truly enjoyed our stay. This was the first time my wife and I had ever stayed in a B&B and we are so glad we chose this one. Our room, the Indian Paint Brush, was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and relaxing. The hot tub on the room’s balcony overlooking Pikes Peak, was awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was well laid out and very clean. Each morning we were treated to an excellent breakfast that included a delicious fruit and yogurt parfait, scrumptious egg casserole, guilt free muffins, coffee, & juice, all prepared by Tom Lyne. But the absolute best thing about the B&B are the hosts, Tom and Monica Lyne. They treated us like family from the initial phone call to book our reservation to the final moments saying goodbye as we were leaving to go home. We live in New York and will definitely plan another trip to Colorado Springs just to stay at the Guesthouse again.

We had a beautiful stay at the Old Town Guesthouse. Quiet yet convenient to everything we wanted to see, right next to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The private balcony and hot tub were a perfect ending to perfect days. I would 100% recommend.

The Old Town Guesthouse B&B is in a great location in the cute town and near outdoor attractions. Pikes's Peak and Garden of the Gods are a short drive away, and the owners are very knowledgable about local events and trips. We loved our personal hotub and the homemade breakfast was delicious!

Innkeepers Monica and Tom were just wonderful! The breakfasts that were served so graciously were delicious. We couldn’t have been made more at at home in such a beautiful place sitting at the foot of the mountains! Jocelyn

This was a very pleasant place to stay. The attention to detail was top notch, and they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hot tub was awesome, bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We will be back often.
