Old Town GuestHouse B&B

It was like spending time in a long lost friend’s house. Large, en-suite bedrooms. Ours had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains framed perfectly during sunset. Breakfast was fabulous. Fellow travelers were wonderful. Hosts were perfect. Basement set up for adults and children: card table, pool table, TVs, Multi Arcade Machine with a mind numbing amount of old school games. Right in the middle of Old Town: shopping and restaurants galore. Minutes to Garden of the Gods and the Caves. If you’re a couple and spending time in Co Springs you have to try this out!

Old Town Guesthouse in Old Colorado City was a most wonderful experience! The room was quite cozy and we loved the balcony with a hot tub. It was great to wind down in after a night of exploring the locale. The customer service from all the staff was top-notch. Everyone was so friendly, and the provided breakfast was excellent and the add on packages were both lovely and provided with care! I would highly recommend everyone give this guesthouse a go! I know I will definitely stay here again!

I recently rented out the entire Old Town Guesthouse for a women’s wellness retreat, and it could not have been a better experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Old Colorado City and just minutes from Manitou Springs, two of the most charming and historic areas in Colorado. We loved being able to walk right out the door to enjoy unique shops, restaurants, and local flavor. The inn itself is cozy, beautiful, and full of character. My retreat guests absolutely loved the warm and inviting atmosphere. The lower-level meeting space was perfect for our yoga sessions and gatherings, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Innkeepers Monica and Tom were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel completely at home and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and added such a special touch to our time together. Whether you're visiting from out of town or looking for a relaxing staycation, I highly recommend the Old Town Guesthouse. Breakfast delicious, room comfy, location great, owners really nice . They have a billiards table, darts and lots of books and so much more that gives it a very homey feeling.

Another lovely stay! Our room was very comfortable and clean. Tom’s breakfasts were tasty as usual. His French toast is the best I’ve ever had. We just love this place!

This place is fantastic! Nice owners, clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Will stay here again-also very close to shops and restaurants. Parking is on site which is so nice. Also-so many things to do at this b&b- games, television in main lobby relaxation area with books to read.

This was a charming and personalized experience in the heart of Old Town Colorado. The food and sleep was great. Highly recommended for anyone going to Colorado to have the personalized touch. The team was super reponsive and wanted to make sure everyone felt included.

The B&B exceeded all expectations in all aspects: location, the building, room, breakfast, the owner’s hospitality, cleanliness, etc. Never saw B&B with commercial grade elevator. We got free upgrade to the room with balcony as it was not occupied at our time of visit. The host was extremely nice to us, anything - just ask… We were regret to leave but if we ever back to Colorado Springs, we’ll stay here again

We selected the Victorian Rose room and were not disappointed at all. It was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed. The Inn hosts were extremely hospitable and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was freshly prepared and very delicious. We also like the location as it's centrally located and accessible to everything we wanted to see, especially Garden of the Gods.

Really romantic experience! Beautiful building and really close to everything! And the hot tub was awesome! Everyone we dealt with was really accommodating.
