My wife and I stayed at Old Tow Guesthouse last month. The location is great, convienent to everything in the area, our room was clean and comfortable. Tom and Cicely were great hosts, providing suggestions for things to do in the area and places for lunch and dinner. Tom cooked a delicious breakfast each morning. We will definitely go back.

Old Town Guesthouse was an excellent location for our college group of 16. All of our rooms were spacious & comfortable. Brandon & Tom made an excellent breakfast every morning. There is a large basement area our group could hang out with a large TV and pool table. We definitely would recommend this wonderful guesthouse in a great location in Old Town Colorado Springs.

Chose the Guesthouse initially for its being friendly, and unfortunately had to cancel for a year. New owners are amazing! Can't wait to see them put a personal touch on a very wonderful property. Went to the Pikes Peak Center, checked out the shops, relaxed in our hot tub, and enjoyed late night movies from their extensive collection. Will definitely stay there again.

Located centrally with many restaurants within easy walking distance and a shopping street within a block. Recently rennovated with careful attention to every detail - decor surprisingly well curated. My room was generous in size with a sitting area and spacious dressing area. I stayed with my dog who was welcomed with a water bowl and biscuits - she was warmly greeted by each member of the staff, and there was a small "dog park" attached to the building with a large park a block away. Staff was welcoming and please to try to accomodate any request.

Friendly innkeepers, great location for shops, restaurants, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak, lovely spacious room with a balcony.

One of the BEST, if not the best, B&B we’ve ever stayed in. Our host was very welcoming, accommodations were very nice and clean and breakfast was outstanding! Location was prefect for shopping, restaurants and popular tourist sites.

Old Town Guesthouse was an excellent choice. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There were inviting facilities including a library and a large game/media room. The innkeepers were personable and accommodating. The location was convenient, just half a block from the main street of the historic district of Colorado Springs. There was off-street parking.

Very nice property, well appointed comfy rooms and super convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants...but by far the best part are the proprietors of this wonderful gem of an inn... truly amazing hosts!

I absolutely loved my three-day stay at the Old Town Guesthouse where I stayed for my nephew's wedding. This place is positively beautiful! The Innkeepers were welcoming hospitable and gracious in every way. The decor in each room and throughout the Inn is fluid with different colors, themes, decor and detailed to every thing you could need for comfort. My Jasmine Moroccan Room was sooo pretty and cozy...I did not want to part. Breakfast hosted by Tom and Cicily was just deliciously amazing.....fresh juice, full coffee bar and fresh water carafe and a different scrumptious breakfast each morning...All hosted in a very pretty room. Service to my room was exemplary....compliments by Tom who served up the most delicious blueberry cobler and bacon I had ever savored! A very thoughtful breakfast package was left at my door for my sunrise departure on my last morning. The rooms have a wonderful view of Pikes Peak and all the Colorado Mountains...which offer a spectacular scene from your room....which is quiet...cozy and beautiful. When I return some day for a visit....I know exactly where I shall be staying....the Old Guesthouse B&B Inn.

First the owners Cycely and Brandon were the best! They made us feel so at home. We actually felt like family! The breakfasts each morning were delicious! The Inn is beautiful! Attention to detail is shown everywhere. We stayed in Indian Paintbrush and it was lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub each night watching the stars come out. Very comfortable bed! We also enjoyed the basement recreation area playing pool and darts and listening to music. The Inn is located with in walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to many of the area attractions. I would HIGHLY recommend Old Town Guesthouse while visiting Colorado Springs!!
