My wife and I had a terrific stay. The guesthouse is more like staying in your own home in a lot of ways, but with caring and kind people cooking fabulous breakfast for you and providing pristine and comfortable accommodations. We especially enjoyed the game room downstairs, and being able to sit in the living room and watch a college football game while sipping a drink and munching snacks. Breakfast every morning is exceptionally well done. The owners and innkeepers, Brandon, Cycely, and Tom go out of their way to make sure that you're getting the experience you are looking for. They are kind and welcoming and want you to feel like it is your home away from home. The location is perfect for the area. You can get to all of the top attractions in minutes and also walk to great dining options, shopping and hang outs that are authentic to the area. We highly recommend as travelers that go all over the place and enjoy bed-and-breakfast stays. This is as good as they come.

We were flying to CO for a family wedding in Denver and decided to add a couple of vacation days to our trip. Old Town Guesthouse was a perfect choice. Our comfortable room had a balcony with a view of the mountains. Short walk to restaurants & stores & a short drive to Manitou Springs. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend!

Just returned from a fun trip to Colorado Springs where we were lucky enough to spend our last evening at Old Town Guesthouse B&B. What a treat!! Their attention to detail was exceptional and they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, special and memorable. Cycely enthusiastically greeted us and made us feel so welcome! She kindly showed us around the property and we knew instantly we were going to have a delightful stay. All rooms have a different theme and are decorated impeccably. Downstairs was a fun game room with pool table, darts, card table and comfortable seating area with TV. The location of this B&B is convenient to all of the attractions in the area and breakfast was outstanding!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning!

I had the pleasure of staying at this bed-and-breakfast this past weekend. I come to town for work frequently, but this time I brought my wife and my brother and sister-in-law (their first time in the springs). I didn’t want to have the usual hotel experience, and wanted something a little bit more boutique… and the Old Town Guesthouse certainly fit that bill. While the accommodations were quaint and personalized, the location central to everything we wanted to do, the food prepared with quality, and the communication from ownership was top-notch… The reason I felt compelled to write this review was because of the tremendous service that we received throughout our four days at this bed-and-breakfast. Cycely and Brandon, as well as the rest of their staff were truly committed to an excellent experience for me and my guests. They spent time chatting with us, and even hanging out with us in the downstairs game room playing pool, and shooting darts. So many little details were thought of in advance, and provided for us such as extra coffee, tea, cups, water, and ice on every floor. I can’t underscore how much of a positive impact this team had on our stay. They were truly the star of the show. We will definitely be back. Pro tip - Saturday farmers market two blocks away is fantastic.

Our expectations were blown away with our stay at Old Town Guesthouse B&B! If my wife and I could give higher than 5 stars, we would. The B&B was comfortable, clean, spacious, warm, we could go on and on. We made great use of the hot tub on our suite’s patio, the game room in the basement, the library on the main floor, and of course the breakfast room. The location is close to many of the attractions Colorado Springs offers like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Pikes Peak. The farmers market on the weekend was also a great surprise. However, the biggest positive about staying at the Old Town Guesthouse B&B were the owners and family of the owners. Cycely and Brandon were the most gracious and fun hosts ever. Getting to know them made my wife and I feel like we were at home. Tom was a gracious host and talking about Ireland, English football, and a lot of other topics was fantastic! Finally, Carly’s smile lit up the room whenever she was around. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your hospitality! We would highly recommend the Old Town Guesthouse B&B to anyone who is traveling to Colorado Springs. You will not be disappointed.

I have had the opportinity to visit the Springs several times and stayed at several lovely places, like the Broadmore, the Glen Eyrie Castle and several downtown hotels. We were SO thrilled to discover The Guest House BNB. This place was full of history and charm, with quaint themed rooms, excellent space to enjoy games and fun with friends - and it was all perfectly located next to everything we wanted to do while there. Enjoying a morning soak in our private hot tub while looking at the beautiful mountains was a perfect way to start every day! Everyting we needed was available, the bed was super comfortable and the daily home cooked breakfasts were 'comfort food made by someone who loves you"! What made the experience really top notch was the lovely family team that runs The Guesthouse. Tom, Carly, Cecely and Brandon take great pride in creating a meaningful experience for their guests. If you are looking for a 'non-hotel' lodging experience in Colorado Springs - don't miss out!

Great visit. Very convenient location for shops, restaurants and touring. Delicious breakfasts. The hosts are great and very helpful. You can park and walk all over Old Colorado Springs.

This was our first time in Colorado and it was just perfect! Cycely and her husband were wonderful hosts! Tom was an excellent cook, as we enjoyed our homecooked breakfasts! We were unsure about staying here only because we usually stay at an AirBnb or places through VRBO. We were so overwhelmed with the hospitality of the owners and their staff. We loved talking to and meeting new people in the morning at breakfast and discussing hiking options for the day:) Our room was very quaint and very comfortable. This place has a wonderful vintage charm and we would not hesitate to stay here again and bring our family next year! It is obvious that EVERY guest is very important to the owners and they go out of their way to make sure you feel that way. We can't wait to come back and climb the Manitou Incline!

The room was fantastic, including a spectacular mountain view from the hot tub on the balcony. Breakfast was also delicious. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely a fabulous place to stay in Old Colorado City! The owners are wonderful, and the breakfasts were truly amazing (5 STARS). Everything to do is a stones throw away. We found our home away from home for Colorado Springs. See you guys next time we come. Thank you for your hospitality.
