This was one of the most incredible experiences we have ever had while traveling! Everything from the greeting we received to the send off after we checked out was top notch! We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival. We then were given a tour of the entire property. It was amazing. He recommended some dinner options for us and sent us to enjoy our time. The room was lovely. The view was incredible. The hot tub was relaxing complete with soft fuzzy robes, not the stiff ones you find in hotels. The breakfast that Brandon, the owner, made was excellent! We even got to meet his son and new grandbaby! If I could give this 10 stars I would. We will recommend this to everyone we know. We’ll be back soon! Thank you for such an incredible stay!

Visited the B&B for my husband and I’s second wedding anniversary. Such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend to any couples or families who want a cozy environment!

Brandon, Tom & Cicely were our wonderful hosts, who took exceptional care of us for the duration of our stay. They were very attentive, our room was lovely, with super soft sheets & cloud like pillows. Hence, we were very cozy & warm, with a nice fireplace as well. We had a great view of Garden of the Gods & Pikes Peak. They are very, very nice people and this accommodation, more than deserves, its High Rating & TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice “Best of the Best, 2025 Award’!

Great weekend!! Room was Beautiful and comfortable. The hot tub so relaxing!! And the game room was Awesome!! But to top off the experience was the Great homemade breakfasts and Great the Amazing host!! The first time was nice but this time was Great!!! Thank you!!! My husband & I were two of our 16 college friends who gather once a year at a different city to celebrate our 50+ years of friendship. This year we selected Colorado Springs after another couple personally checked out five local B&B and chose Old Town Guesthouse. From the time we entered the beautiful B&B and were warmly welcomed by owner Brandon until we left five days later, our group all agreed it was the best trip we’ve done together and Old Town Guesthouse played an important part in that. Our group booked the whole Guesthouse (& rooms) so we had the run of the place-the comfortable living room and the great multi-purpose basement, which included a big screen TV & couches, pool table and two areas to play games and an area for snacking. Every morning the owner/host and friend Tom prepared & served a delicious hot breakfast—applesauce pancakes, blueberry soufflé, egg casserole, all with bacon or sausage, orange juice, coffee, tea or hot cocoa. What a way to start our day of exploring! Brandon offered dinner suggestions and the Rabbit Hole was perfect for our group! Although all bedrooms had a balcony and either an outdoor hot tub or indoor steam shower, each bedroom was different in size & theme decorated. Every amenity we needed was provided-comfortable bed & nice linens, good lighting & ventilation (overhead fan & A/C), seating area, electric fireplace, desk & chair, closet with robes & extra linen, chest of drawers, TV, plenty of electrical outlets/chargers, coffee maker, hair dryer, nice shampoo, conditioner & lotion, mini refrigerator & a shared hallway butler’s cabinet that had cups, utensils, tea, coffee & hot cocoa bags, filtered water & an ice maker. They truly thought of everything-even a sound machine!

Fabulous B&B-hosts Tom and Brandon were very accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and the dining room tastefully decorated Really like the library and rec room in lower floor to “hang out” Our room was decorated well, hot tub on balcony was really nice and the view if mountains from our room was fantastic Felt like home

We absolutely loved the old town guest house. The owners were wonderful. Our room was perfect as was the balcony and hot tub. And Old Colorado city was the perfect place to walk around. Beautiful shops. Many restaurants. Even some live music in this tiny city. Mountains in view everywhere. Easy uber ride to Colorado Springs. I would highly recommend coming to stay. You need a few nights to fully enjoy the area. Thank you Brandon and family for your warm hospitality.

What a wonderful experience it was to stay at the Old Town Guesthouse. On so many levels this modern and comfortable B and B exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely recommend it to friends who plan to stay in the Colorado Springs area for business or pleasure. For starters there are the Inn Keepers, Brandon and Cycely who couldn't be more warm and welcoming. Ditto for their staff which includes their son Bryce and "chef" Tom. We were made to feel at home from the moment we checked in. The location of the Inn is ideal. Old Colorado City is a walkable town and the Old Town Guesthouse is right in the middle of town. In addition it is just a short car ride from downtown Colorado Springs as well as Manitou Springs. The Inn is beautifully decorated and spotless. All of the common areas were enjoyable to be in. That pool table and dart board were a nice addition as well. Each of the guestrooms is stylistically unique and inviting. We stayed in the Colorado Columbine which featured a King Bed, Steam shower, and small balcony that offers a view of Pike's Peak. The king bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. I did get a peak at the other rooms on our floor and they were just as lovely. The Old Town Cactus room has a larger balcony with more of a view of Pike's Peak. One of the nicest things about our room, and presumably most of the others, is the inclusion of a sink at either end of a generous counter top. I also appreciated the magnified makeup mirror. Other little touches included an overhead heater in the shower/toilet, white noise machine (although it was certainly not needed!) and charging dock. Wifi worked well throughout the inn. Rooms are all keyless entry. Breakfasts are served at 8:30 but coffee was available from 7:30 in the cozy and comfortable dining area. The Inn strives to make each breakfast different for longer stays , we were there for 4 nights, and this was appreciated as well. Everything was freshly made and very tasty. Awesome place to stay. Beautifully decorated. Close to everything. Breakfast was delicious both days. Lots of amenities. Enjoyed playing pool in the gameroom. Relaxed in the hot tub. Will stay here again.
