Hotel facilities were amazing with many pools to choose from and a clean beach right in front of us. The family suite was also wonderful, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4.

My friend in the deluxe room had an issue with a clogged toilet. In the family suite room (2301) the bathtub would not drain the water properly so we could not use it, and the jacuzzi was spraying water everywhere so we also couldn't use it.
