Please be kindly informed that the Deluxe Room (Seaside Building) will be temporarily closed for enhancement from 10 May 2026 to 30 September 2026, as part of our commitment to elevating guest comfort and the overall stay experience. All other room categories and resort facilities will remain open and available for guests as usual. Please note that bed type requests are subject to availability upon check in. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that "Hillside" zone is separated from the seaside zone by Koh Chang road. Guest will need to cross the road in order to use the facilities in the seaside zone. Prachtige locatie aan het strand, voldoende bedjes, zeer goed ontbijt en over het algemeen heel vriendelijk personeel. Vanuit deze locatie is het hele eiland goed te bezoeken met een motorscooter. Kamers zijn ruim en de bedden zijn heel goed! Verrassende wending was dat ik met mijn lengte van 2.03 zelfs goed in een Thais bed kon liggen. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, van “bagagejongens” tot aan de beveiligers en de schoonmaaksters.

Niet per se negatief, maar de kamer met oceaanzicht bevinden zich aan de andere kant van de weg (op zich geen probleem, maar was ons niet bekend bij het boeken). Daarnaast werd er ook 10.000 Baht aan borg gevraagd, ook geen probleem, maar dit was ook niet van te voren aangegeven.

Das Personal an der Bar, vor allem Jia, war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Generell war das ganze Team unglaublich freundlich. Besonders toll fanden wir auch die Mitarbeiter, die uns sicher über die Straße begleitet haben – wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die frischen Säfte und das Essen waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst: Preis-Leistung stimmt, die Lage ist top und man hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden sehr wahrscheinlich wiederkommen. 😊

Ein kleiner Punkt war, dass wir gelegentlich Tiere im Zimmer hatten, zum Beispiel eine Eidechse oder einen Tausendfüßler. Allerdings denke ich, dass das in dieser Umgebung wahrscheinlich ganz normal ist und sich nicht immer vermeiden lässt.Da könnt Ihr aber nichts dafür.
