Please be kindly informed that the Deluxe Room (Seaside Building) will be temporarily closed for enhancement from 10 May 2026 to 30 September 2026, as part of our commitment to elevating guest comfort and the overall stay experience. We've been coming to KC Grande for a while now, and this stay just proved why we keep returning. The resort is located right on a beautiful, clean stretch of the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. We had a minor issue with our initial room location, but Jamie (the Assistant Front Office Manager) was absolutely fantastic. She personally stepped in, helped us move to a much better room, and even came by today to check if we were happy with everything. You don't always see this level of personal care and attention to guests. The great location combined with such world-class hospitality makes this hotel stand out. Huge thanks to Jamie for making our holiday completely stress-free. We’re already looking forward to our next trip here in January!

Tik and Patt have been wonderful. I have had 2 massages from Tik and I would have more if I could stay longer at KC Grande Resort Koh Chang. All of the staff are wonderful, helpful and kind. If you stay at this resort, you must have a massage, it is excellent.

Das Zimmer und die Hotelanlage waren wunderschön. Die Kinder liebten den Aufenthalt, insbesondere die Aktivitäten mit den Sporttrainern.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Reservationsdesk vor der Anreise und der Rezeption während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr umständlich, weshalb wir unseren Aufenthalt gekürzt hatten. Bei so einem grossen Frühstücksbuffet wäre es schön auch einige vegetarische asiatische Speisen anzubieten.

Die Bungalows sind perfekt. So richtig toll zum entspannen und direkt am perfekten Strand. Massage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Aew und ihr team machen das wirklich sehr gut. Sehr freundlich und hatte die besten Massagen. Auch die Reception war sehr zuvorkommend. Cherry war sehr hilfreich.

Resort like, also schon einige Leute. Es war ein bisschen stirr.
