המלון הכי נקי שהיינו בו עד היום! ברמה שבסידור ערב פורסים סדין על הרצפה ליד הרגליים! ארוחת בוקר מ ט ו ר פ ת , לא נתקלנו בעושר כזה בשום מקום אחר! מלון ענקי ויפהפה מעוצב בטוב טעם, נמצא בתוך יער ענקי ירוק וחי, מלא במתקנים ודברים לעשות, בריכה גדולה ומהממת! החוף הפרטי של המלון נקי ובאמת שבין היפים שיש באי, צוות הכי שירותי שיש! בכול פינה אפשר למצוא מישהו שיסייע! צוות אדיב, שירותי, מסביר פנים ותמיד עם חיוך! האוכל במסעדה רימה פשוט מושלם! יש שם וואגיו A5 אמיתי מיפן! חוויה קולינרית מהטובות שלנו בטיול! לא לוותר על המלון!! מתאים לזוגות שרוצים להתפנק וגם למשפחות! לא יצא מהמלון במשך כןל השהייה!

לא רצינו לכתוב - אבל המיטות בספא במסאז׳ לא היו הכי נוחות… אבל זה באמת התקטננות 😅 ולא משפיע על אם נחזור שוב - נחזור שוב!!!!!!

the food was not exceptional it was good but considering the price it was not worth it at the steak restaurant. cielo and vintana was good

Beautiful room, beautiful beach, caring and very attentive staff that is always one step ahead. Thank you to Bless for her warm and special welcome ! Great facilities (pool and gaming room, fitness center, gorgeous spa). Very luxurious environment. We had a private dining moment as well with such a kind and caring staff (big thanks to William).

We did not expect to have that many weddings during our stay (5 days, 3 weddings) which were loud, with the wedding guests not respecting sleeping times, and for our last night even though we were in the Rima restaurant far away from the wedding reception, the music was so loud, we couldn't hear the restaurant music anymore. We also noticed that some hotel guests were not very respectful and although the staff is very kind, they did not dare to ask clients to respect (children walking with their shoes all over the pool table for instance). Finally, although the restaurants (Rima and Sirena) were very good, we felt that the dishes on the morning breakfast were too greasy and salty. Otherwise it was delicious (fresh fruit and a lot of choice).

We absolutely loved our stay at Shangri-la. The rooms were large, clean, modern and well kept. The resort facilities were top notch and the staff were attentive and provided a good level of service. The location and setting of the resort are beautiful with a large pool area and private beach. It is on the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for here.

Les plus belles plages de l île ! Service très attentionné pour notre lune de miel. Petit dej divin :) nous avons passée un agréable séjour. Je pense qu’il n’y a pas mieux sur l île

Tous les jours un mariage organisé sur la plage ou le jardin dommage quand on veut un vrai moment de détente … pour connaître des shangri la dans d’autres villes, on sent que celui ci commence à être un peu dans son jus et abîmé par l’humidité. Pour les équipements j ai trouvé le sèche cheveux et les produits pour la douche assez bas de gamme pour le standing d’un hôtel comme celui ci.

It’s private and the amenities are very good. All Staff are very efficient and helpful. They anticipate your needs. Rima and Sirena restaurants offered very good food! The resort is world-class and is comparable (or even better) to the resort we stayed in Nusa Dua in Bali.

None. Though the tiles on the hallways along the Seaview room can be better and should look cleaner.
