Greeted promptly by Ashley at the front desk! Hotel was clean and comfortable! Rooms are spacious. A shout out to Tara in the Bistro! It was her second day and she did a fabulous job! Food was good and her company made it an enjoyable experience.

The TV only had one channel, there wasn't anybody at the desk when I tried to check out, and I got charged more on my card than what my receipt says and I got no information at check in about why this may have occurred. I'm going to call and ask if it's maybe part of a security deposit or what, but regardless I should have been informed.

Check in was a bit confusing as I booked the room on line and the clerk at the front desk asked for my credit card. I asked if it was for incidentals since I already paid for the room. She said yes. I was charged twice for the room so we needed to ask the manager the next morning to correct the issue.
