"Very disappointed with service."

Problems checking in Emma was rude and acted as if I didn’t belong at that type of hotel. Emma also interrupted me when I was trying to give her my confirmation number and stated “thats not it” very rudely. Room was dirty when I checked in and chocolate pudding was left in the fridge. I got a I’m sorry but they didn’t go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Very disappointed with the service.

"Overall the room was very comfortable, clean and it was a great stay."

The beds were very comfortable. Room was nice and clean.

Need better pillows. They were old and too soft. Also, the toilet was about to overflow the morning we were leaving. I reported it to the front desk when we were leaving.
