Embassy Suites Atlanta - Kennesaw Town Center

My husband often travels to Kennsaw for work and has stayed in different hotels each trip. I came with him on this trip. The beds were so comfortable! The pillows weren’t as fluffy as I like but were comfortable. The office table in the room was very convenient for my own work. I will definitely stay here when we return. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping was awesome as well. I don’t know if people compliment them for their hard work. Thank you to them.

The room was large and very comfortable. Loved that there was a table large enough for our family to play a game at (if we had brought the kiddos). Nice having a door on the bedroom to close.

I was charged for a room, even though I took out the insurance thru booking.com for an early cancellation. We were gifted a room for the night by my husbands office as we were there for a company event. Instead of billing the company the hotel billed us a SECOND time. We ended up paying for TWO suites for one night! The clerk acted like we were a nascence to her and refused to talk to us or get a manager. Was told to talk to Booking.com and she would inform a manager but we were not allowed to speak to a manager. Sunday morning we were awakened at 8am to housekeeping wanting to know when we planned on being out of the room so they could clean and turn over the room. Needless to say we left quickly and will not be staying again.

Room was great, very comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and there was a good selection of places to eat nearby.

I couldn't really eat anything for breakfast as there were no vegan options - when I asked someone, they didn't know what vegan meant and offered me chorizo.
