Location

Pay to park. Breakfast was 7-10 on weekends. Needs to be 6-10. The bar was understaffed at happy hour.

"Nice and clean suites but less than average front desk service."

It was a very complete breakfast and my room was nice.

The safe was locked when I arrived. I attempted to call the main desk for help with the safe. The in room phone did not work. I went to the main desk to report the problem. I was told to read the directions on the safe. I explained that if the safe is locked the directions are not applicable. I was then told that someone would be up soon to assist. When I received the online check in email I once again indicated that I was waiting for assistance with the safe. I received notification that someone was on their way. After one hour no one came to assist and I had to leave for my event. I had to leave devices and medication unsecured in my room. I stopped and the front desk to express my disappointment. I was told that they would send some but I explained that I needed to leave. I was given an apology. It seemed sincere but I still remain disappointed by the service from the front desk.
