The facility was clean and comfortable, but it’s the staff that makes for an enjoyable stay! Michael was so helpful it made our visit so much easier than it might have been!

"Excellent choice for us"

My husband and I have been migrating snowbirds for 13 years and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This one ticks all the boxes. Staff: the clerk who checked me in was both efficient and friendly. Calls kept coming in but she kept calm and finished with me. Later, I ordered a meal through DoorDash but the 'dasher' left the meal at the desk. The clerk called and offered to deliver the meal to us. I told her that I'd come down and when the elevator door opened, one of the clerks was standing there with my meal and a smile on his face. It was one of those special, 'above and beyond ' moments that really make you feel good. Room: absolutely clean (a must for me) and comfortable. I don't know how old this hotel is but you couldn't tell from the room. It was nicely decorated. I have only one suggestion. We had a suite with a little kitchenette but nothing in it. A couple of plates (even paper ones), some napkins and silverware would have been nice. Overall: I wanted to give this hotel 4 stars because of the location. There are plenty of gas stations nearby but only a Burger King and a WAFFLE House for meals. Unless you want to travel to other exits for food, you're going to need delivery. (Hence the need for some dinnerware in the kitchen) Even with that, this was definitely one of the nicer hotels we've stayed at and I didn't think it was fair to give a 5 star hotel only 4 stars because of something they couldnt control. I would have liked to stay another day, lying on the sofa, watching TV, getting food delivered, and taking naps!
