Best Western Plus Valdosta Hotel & Suites

The staff were all excellent, the room comfortable and the place was clean.

This is our third stay at this location. Every time things could not be better. The building is away from the highway, and the walls are thick. We should have a good night's sleep in a quiet room with a comfortable bed. In the morning you have a full hot breakfast. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

The staff went out of their way to assist with my mobility needs. We were given a room near the handicapped parking with easy access to the building. The room was spacious to accommodate a mobility scooter. We will be staying again in a week and we were guaranteed to have the same quiet, great room. I appreciate all the assistance to make our stay wonderful.

Only stayed at this hotel for the complimentary use of the electric car charger, had to pay extra to use it. Staff was nice, environment nice, nice pool area, clean rooms no smells, hot breakfast. Furniture and cabinets outdated, I mean from the 80’s. Room set up like a VOQ. NO INSULATION BETWEEN FLOORS/ROOMS/BATHROOMS. We could hear everything around us, Slamming hallway doors, the vending machine, person snoring next door, kids waking in the middle of the night, bathroom sounds from neighbors. Just because Woodie Harrelson stayed there does not mean to overcharge rate for what is being offered. They are overcharging by about $40.

Check in process was rough. was not eligible for room upgrade because I booked thru 3rd party. room was looking rough/worn
