Best Western Plus Valdosta Hotel & Suites

The room i was supposed to have smelled terrible... like a dirty dish rag. Staff were able and willing to move me to a different room.

The pillows were too firm for me.

Unusual for me, but I can’t think of anything major to complain about. They hit all the boxes. Very well kept inside and out, friendly, knowledgeable staff, lovely, clean room with kitchenette, nice breakfast with a good selection of warm and cold (which was tasty), and a latte, mocha, hot chocolate machine! We didn’t use the exercise room, pool, or hot tub, but they appeared well maintained. The bed was comfortable, room temperature adjustable. Hot shower. Good sized vanity. Quiet elevator. We appreciated that pets are welcomed, and that they have their own floors. A+. Value=100% If it works out in our travels, there is no doubt that we will return here.

Called ahead staff was very helpful in using our points. Arrived and everything was perfect room is clean and spacious.

On our way driving to Florida, we always stop in Valdosta. This is the first time for this hotel and we make it our regular stop! There is a great restaurant super close called the chop house! Both the best western plus and the chop house will be our new annual traditions!

Food, room size, comfy beds

We had a rooms 419 and 424. We left around noon and when we returned room 424 did not have towels refreshed , garbage taken or coffee refreshed. Only 419 did.
