The location was perfect and easy to find. The room was decent with a small kitchen, 2 queen beds, desk area and chair that folds out to a bed.

The lobby had a fragrance machine/air purifier that had an overwhelming scent( the lady in front of us had a coughing spell so bad she had to step outside and wait). The pool/hot tub was closed. Our room wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping needs to step it up as there was crumbs on the floor, an empty candy containers underneath the bed, candy and water. Otto’s under the air/heat unit, something splashed all over the TV, small bloodstains on sheet and pillow, something splattered on the bathroom wall and stove top was crusty.

"Bait and switch"

picked out an overnight stay on Hotels.com, upon booking recieved a notice that the pool was closed..... It's august my friends. a simple dip in the pool is priceless. bad business Candlewood, wouldn['t let me out of my stay or any refund. just stopped taking calls.

No breakfast. No pool. No ice machine. Waited at desk 20 minutes for anyone to check us in. It was quiet. Room was also ok.

Ac not working / tv had to be rebooted in order to work. NO pool !!! Bed was terrible. I checked out as fast as I checked in. I DO NOT WANt to see a charge on my card for this hotel.
