Seabreeze Inn

Room was obviously recently renovated. Handicap room had good bathroom facilities for handicapped people. Coffee and coffee machine were good.

For a handicap room the bed was way too tall! There were no sitting facilities beyond an office chair. Refrigerator had no freezer section.

Nothing at all

It was horrible they tried to charge me an extra 80 dollars for my kids when I told them I needed to cancel stay they refused a refund my family and I did leave and I will be disputing the charge

Only stay at this hotel if there are no other hotels left to choose from. There are extra charges beyond 2 ppl they dont tell you about when booking through a 3rd party. Save your money and put it towards a room btwn $140-$190, cause it will be cleaner w better amenities.

The price for the area…

Everything… old, dirty, very dated, smelled bad, super uncomfortable beds. Bedding was dirty before we used it. Not enough towels in the room for 4 people. Parking was awful. The door did not wanna latch or close correctly, making it hard to secure and lock it.. the cleaning people were washing the outside floors and sweeping it with water off of the second floor, splashing it everywhere as we were walking by… just gross! NEVER AGAIN… we left a day early and we’re still charged and somehow that’s fine with everyone. lol HOT MESS!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the night auditor was fantastic!

There’s no usb to plug up ur phone if you don’t have a box ur in trouble! Thea/c didn’t seem to get very cool so it wasn’t as cool in the room as I would like but it was June so it’s understandable

The price was ok. But for the facility it should have been cheaper. I liked that it was at least clean in the room. That is really the only positive thing I can say. It was cleaner than anticipated.

The staff was extremely rude. The first lady I encountered was so rude. I don't believe I've ever encountered that type of rudeness before. My first name didn't match the reservation, my last name did match. I have a very rare and uncommon last name. I also had an email supporting I made the reservation through Booking.com. This lady was so rude. I had to pee and she told me I couldn't use the bathroom to pee. She would not give me the room until I called Booking.com to change my reservation to my legal first name. My last name, address and email address wasn't enough proof that it was me. She wasn't pleasant at all. While I was talking to her. She picked up her purse and leaves. A new lady took over and she was rude as well. Treating me like I was checking into Alcatraz. She finally let me use the bathroom. Booking.com finally changed my first name on the reservation after 2hrs. The shadyness of the people checking in here is worrying. Lucky I was alone and not with my wife. When I was finally allowed my room. I go in shocked that it was so clean. Except for the blood stain at the end of one of the beds and I had no towels. I went to get towels and the lady gave me one towel, one wash cloth, one face towel and one floor towel. Signs all over the hotel with threatening literature on them. Saying I if items in the room are damaged or removed I will be charged. I asked the new gentleman at the front desk to document the single towel situation. But he seemed irritated that I even asked. He said I wouldn't get charged. Well I hope not. Anyway, I suppose I will pay double the next time to stay elsewhere. This place treats its guest like inmates in a prison. The parking is a nightmare, the facility is outdated. The absolute worst experience with customer service I have experienced in most of my life and I am 54. I have traveled the world. At least it was clean for the most part.
