I only liked the woman who came to clean.

Dirty and disappointing experience. When we first arrived, the room had a very strong unpleasant odor. We asked to be moved, and they gave us another room. The smell was not as bad, but it still wasn't acceptable. The room looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bed we slept in had a strong odor that smelled like someone had urinated on it (I believe it was coming from the mattress). We asked for the bedding to be changed, but the smell remained. There was dust on furniture and hair in the bathroom. Overall, the room did not feel clean, and it made our stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the front desk staff were very rude. I was very surprised by this experience because I chose this hotel based on its high rating.

Location, location, location! Quiet for the most part, and acceptable as far as cleanliness goes.

Great location and view; very friendly and clean! The pool was great and it was super warm! There’s a wonderful restaurant right beside it. You can not beat the value!

Beds are a little hard

On booking.com they put it in as a smoking room? I didn’t notice this because it is never the first choice. Apparently they book the smoking room then charge you when you get there if you want a non-smoking room!? Who does that? I met a woman at the pool and they did the same thing to her. The woman at the front desk was not kind at all. They had many rooms available and ready, and when we got there early, she said she could only accommodate us an early check in for an additional $35. So we wound up paying an extra $55 for the room!

I didn’t like the unexpected up charges and that they were so cold about it. I think they do this up charge to “non-smoking” room a lot.

The location was good.

I had to pay an extra 20 for two nights because my kids are over 14 so they were considered adults.
