I had to unexpectedly find a room in the area due to other reservations falling through, so I was very hesitant about the reservation. Upon arrival, I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The location was great and the rooms were nice. They seem to have recently renovated and you are sitting on a harbor.

Honestly, nothing stood out in a positive way. Even the check-in process and location did not meet expectations, and the front desk service felt unwelcoming.

The property felt extremely restrictive due to many rules and poor communication. The bathroom toilet was not working properly from the moment we arrived, the air conditioning was leaking, and there was no ice machine available. The lobby felt more like a service counter than a hotel. We were charged a $100 deposit at check-in that has not been refunded yet, and we were asked multiple unnecessary questions about guests and ages. Overall, the service did not match the expectations for what was offered.
