Seabreeze Inn

The location and the receptionist was really good. After switching to a NON SMOKING room, I found the room to be clean and satisfactory.

I had to pay a fee to upgrade to a NON SMOKING room. In booking.com I did not see a choice to select smoking or non. Also, their nightly rate was LESS than what I paid through booking.com. Now I have to check the hotel before booking to ensure I'm getting a good deal.

The proximity to the water and many close places to eat

The staff at this place is simply unbelievable. I made a reservation on booking.com, and since my wife's name wasn't explicitly on the reservation, i told her to give them the card in order to hold the room while I made a correction. I made the correction, and they told me it was taken care of. When my wife went to check out, she confirmed that the charge would not be made to my card for the first night, since the reservation covered her. When I checked my credit card and saw that the charge was still there, the staff informed me that they could not remove the charge. So, they charged my wife for the same room twice, and said it was their policy. So, one person said there was no charge, and the manager told me that there was a charge. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

The location was perfect, the view was really nice & close to the water. The staff was courteous and we enjoyed the stay.

The area is awesome. Rooms clean and very reasonable
