Maui Banyan - Maui Condo & Home

Location was great and it had a great pool and barbecue area.

After arriving, the front office told us they had no reservation for our family. After some panick and back and forth, we discovered a separate management company had the reservation. It was extremely confusing and had not been notified this would be the case.

We had a really good time. The place is next to the beach. they have everything that u need. The only thing that i didnt like was the cockroach but thats normal when you live in a tropical area so its not a big deal. Otherwise they allow us to stay longer and they were easy to talk to.

We loved the location of this condo... right across from the beach and there are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Wailea is also close by. If you arrived back at the condo late, parking was tough to find. Outdoor grilling area by the pool was very nice. Condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was reasonably priced. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location right next to the beach. Highly recommend staying here. Guest services at the Condo which were not part of the Maui Banyan group were rude.

Location was nice. A lot of stores. Room can use updates especially the bathrooms. It did have smell to it.

It was unclear that Maui Banyan was run by two different organizations (Aston and Maui Condo and Home) and they have two different check-in processes. I was confused and initially tried to check in at the Aston office. Aston properties run like a hotel while Maui Condo and Homes properties were run like a condo rental with less service (but with also no resort fee).

No information given from owner as to how to get into condo.

We enjoyed the location but our 4th floor condo had a non-functional hide-a-bed, which we needed as we'd booked the room for 3 adults and 2 kids. We also had and a crummy view into the parkade. The room decor was nice and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and even basic spices. The air-conditioner was too loud to run at night in the living room and no conditioner in the master bedroom. If you're thinking of renting here ask about these details.

Loved everything about my condo unit! Maui Banyan is across the street from the beach and centrally located. I plan to go back again!
