The location was great, with a fantastic view overlooking the lake and the mountains. It was within walking distance to town, so the car wasn't needed.

The location is good and rooms were good for the price.

The step out patio was all wet and messy with leaves, which then causes a mess inside the room when it rains. Some sort of covering would have been helpful.

The accommodation would benefit from an upgrade. The bed was not comfortable. The chairs had no lumbar support.

We selected a room with a view. What we hadn't appreciated was the constant pedestrians walking past our patio doors. There was no nets so everyone walking past would look into our accommodation as soon as we opened the curtains. The parking was tight. It was a treck into the centre of Queenstown. There were no restaurants, shops or bars within the immediate vicinity.
