Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note if you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Earnslaw Lodge in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that reception hours are Monday-Sunday 8:00 until 20:00. Guests must provide a valid ID and credit card at check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in the lodge after 22:00. Please note for bookings of more than 4 rooms, different policies and procedures apply. A NZD 60 deposit for each guest is required at the time of booking.
