Very comfortable beds. Location was easy to find. Beautiful views of the lake. Able to walk to restaurants.

Price, but Queenstown is very expensive.

Clean, warm, tidy, spacious

Low water pressure, could do with a lick of paint. One bed too soft, the other too hard. Sorry we’re a bit like Goldilocks

Needs new shower heads, had to run round to get wet. Knives need sharpening/replacing

So different. Being in an ex convent. There was a lovely sitting room. This encouraged people to talk to each other.

The view. We were told we had been up graded to the top floor as we had paid a lot to stay

Everything the kitchen shelves were falling off the lounge furniture look like they had pick it up at the tip the dining chair had seen better days two were actually broken there was no where to sit comfortably the glass table was all scratched and no placemats in sight I the bathroom vanity needed to be replaced and the shower did not work very well. If you wanted warm or hot their was no pressure the timber on balcony was rotted

Good location, very good view of the lake Room was big good facilities .Staff friendly and helpful.

Room are out dated, needs modernising, shower room could be better, there are no electric sockets for shaver or hair drier. Needs to relocate massive heating radiator which partly blocks the view of the lake and makes the room look tacky.
