"Overall stay was really nice would definitely recommend"

Good location for food. Rooms were clean. Staff was super nice . Wish I had the same brand mattress at my home. First hotel I’ve stayed at where the air was set on a lower setting and was comfortable when we walked in not hot.

We stayed here a few weeks before and our room was great. The room this time was a bit more dinged up and the caulking was peeling from the shower and the shower door didn't work properly. It seemed to show its age.

I was really happy with my stay here until there was a false alarm fire alarm at 7am as a wake up call on Sunday morning. Had booked a night here so I could get some rest after a late night and that was not

Key fob on the door fell off , bathroom door super heavy and stuck so you can’t shut the door. But great location , staff is super nice and helpful and hotel looks great.

The staff at Aloft Birmingham-Soho Square were exceptional! They were not only warm and welcoming but also highly responsive to every question or request. The hotel’s location in the vibrant SOHO area offers fantastic dining and shopping options. I strongly recommend this property for anyone visiting Birmingham. When I come visit my daughter at her college, I'll only stay here!
