Staff are the nicest people ever

Very nice front desk. I am not a breakfast person and only grabbed a coffee on my way out. Coffee rating was not bad.

Unfortunately, my recent stay was marred by poor customer service. One of the staff members was extremely rude — breakfast was provided, but there were no utensils or plates available. When I asked for them, I was met with attitude rather than assistance. Checkout was equally unpleasant. The staff member was training a new employee and seemed more focused on that than acknowledging or assisting me. Her tone was passive-aggressive and dismissive, which really set a negative tone for the rest of my morning. Disappointing experience overall, especially when basic hospitality and courtesy were lacking.

The staff is amazing!! Was there 4 nights and needed a late check out the last day … traveling with my 1 year old grandson and they were so great with us. Recommend things for me to do with him while my daughter was in class.. always greeted with a smile and how are yall this morning! Already booking for the next several times she will need to be there !

Bed, in particular the pillows, were extremely uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping sideways on the bed with no pillow. I was concerned that it would negatively effect my bike ride the next day because I was so uncomfortable

The staff, the cleanliness, indoor pool, and ambiance was 10/10

The rules on the parking. I was told if I was a member I didn’t have to pay to park in parking deck but was still charged.
