"The resort is great overall, but the villas are in need of updating."

Location is great with direct access to the beach. The grounds are amazing and well tended. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The villas are now a little tired and need of a refresh and the beds are very firm. Chaos at breakfast time !! The hotel is a popular events (weddings/corporate), so can be very busy at times.

Grounds are kept well. But be prepared for lots of crows. Family friendly location If you are just looking for sun and swim and an easy location - then it’s fine.

We had rats outside our room and I didn’t find that very nice. Also I didn’t find the beach too clean compared to beaches in south goa
