The rooms spacious for the category. Friendly staff - F&B , HK, security at the beach entry . Nice activity center - with good games and books to read The Pool - awesome size for all ages Kebabs and curries - food is excellent Lovely maintained Gardens, lawns , Pool. Nice display of flower arrangements. They provide clean and filtered water bottles no plastic nuisance . Had the water for 4 days without any stomach upsets.

Sea Gull Restaurant needs to do something about the flies . Food during buffet - breakfast and dinner esp the cold items , bakery , desserts should be properly covered . No one was really paying any attention there. Security was roaming with a mosquito/fly bat but was not competent to do the job. Pool chairs dont have umbrellas - could be added will add to some more leisure time for non swimmers . Put some good music in the bar - Gymnasium- only 3 sets of dumbells, haven't seen this anywhere. 😐 Everything starts late - gym , Pool by 8 a.m ... shuts early by 7 pm .

Most beautifully located property, amazingly efficient staff & service, good breakfast spread. Lush green well maintained expanse of lawn leading you to the private beach. Ms. Geetha Naik needs special attention for ensuring the most seamless check in and stay, very proactive and despite a large corporate group was checking in, she ensured personally we were well taken care of including the room changes requests we made.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety, as the taste was not particularly impressive. The facilities also left room for improvement. While the staff response was generally good, the restaurant staff could have been more attentive. Given the prices charged for breakfast and dinner, enhancing both the taste and variety would be appreciated. Nearby restaurant ROBIN ARK has lot many variety and better taste than your SEAGULL restaurant at affordable prices.

Amazing hospitality as always, this was our 3rd time in the property. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Smallest need is taken care of. We absolutely love the property.

The room was not clean. It had mosquitoes and also had lizard. The staff were very prompt in removing the lizard but didn’t seem to care.

The look, infrastructure, facilities, behaviour of staff, room, the reception was flooding , the room was dingy and dark

Property area is big and wide.

Check in at reception took more than 2hrs. We had toddlers with us and it was really disappointing.

The buffet spread was a delightful blend of global and local flavors. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, and the live counters added an interactive charm to the experience. Whether it was the flaky pastries, perfectly brewed coffee, or the made-to-order omelets, every bite reflected the high standards of a five-star dining experience. It was a luxurious and satisfying start to the day, leaving us both nourished and impressed. The swimming pool was neat, clean and up to mark in safety measures. The Kids play area have bunch of options to entertain kids of all ages. I am delighted with property, its location near cool, clam Cavelossim beach. The walk to beach is just 2 min and they have e-buggy for guests if required. Overall it's one of the finest stay we had in years.
