housekeeping staff was very proactive and helpfull

the Karma royal hotel promoters catching us just outside the gate of Novotel was very irritating not once but many times during the trip as u step out of the hotel and you are with family these promoters are offering free cab , free lunch and gift stratch cards .. they dont know if a customer can afford 5 star stay at Novotel they are not free loaders for a 3 star lunch n gifts we can afford it... Novotel shud take action and complain against such practise it simply irritates the guests

Liked the location, the property itself is kept very well, staff is courteous.

I think you can work on your bfast menu, we were there for 3 days and menu was same.
