Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg

I should have listened to reviews! Beds were very old squeaky, terrible pillows, and large red wine stain on comforter. Couldn’t stay in shower more than 60 seconds or tub floods up over your feet! Needs big capital improvement for the price they charge. Worst place we’ve stayed in very long time.

Upon arriving at the hotel and given room assignment, I was given a 2-Queen Double when I clearly book 1 King Room. The next day, I requested room service to be told that they do not do room service; they would give me sheets and I could change them myself. To also discover that the trash had to be left out outside of the room for them to pick the trash up. Then the topper was that after I left, I left something very important behind and the telephone number that is on the website, the booking platforms through customer service for Ameristar Casino Vicksburg, the number is incorrect, 601-638-100. To also be told that someone would return my call and it is almost 12 hours later, no call. Would not recommend.

Always a great time when I visit Ameristar!!!! The greeter Mr. Charles is a true gem and indeed a pleasure to talk to. Great visits!

The hotel is not connected to the casino. The hotel is across the street from the casino.Even while planning Maps showed the hotel at the casino.

Great stay. Comfortable beds. Clean room.

They did not have a room for me. I had to find another hotel.

People loitering in the parking area in the evening with staff. Sitting in cars in the areas set up for customers, such as the loading/unloading area. Always someone in the outside area that appear to be hanging around to visit. Did not give us a safe feeling at all

The room was very nice for the price . When closing curtains there were lots of spider webs . Ac was exceptionally cold . Will stay again !

One of the beds was broken, and leaning to one side. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Room smelt like smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room. But other than that, it wasnt too bad.

The room smelled really bad. Would not stay here again.
