Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and was infested with bugs. It was so bad that we turned around and left immediately—there was no way we could safely or comfortably stay even one night. I informed the front desk immediately, and they assured me that I would receive a refund. That was a lie. Now they’re completely ignoring Expedia’s calls and refusing to cooperate to issue the refund I was promised. This place is a scam. They know their rooms are uninhabitable and yet still take people’s money. I’m currently disputing the charge through my bank because neither the hotel nor Expedia has done the right thing. If you value cleanliness, safety, or customer service—do NOT book this hotel. To the hotel: You need to do the right thing and contact Expedia to release my refund immediately. Stop dodging responsibility

The one thing that left a mark on me was how kind and sweet and helpful. Leslie was in the breakfast area. That woman loves her job and is so extremely pleasant. She couldn’t do enough for everybody to make sure all their needs were met. Please find a way to recognize her. It’s extremely pleasant to find somebody who likes their job and enjoys helping you.

Room was nice but they are still under Covid restrictions. They no longer offer a shuttle or continental breakfast and they restrict internet usage. As much as I paid for the room I should be able to use a gaming console or tablet on the internet if I choose to.
