This property is misleading the casino and restaurants are not on the property its across the street down a steep hill, there was no transportation available to get there, the pool they advertised is not open. I had to ask for clean towels 3 times and still didn’t get them I had to grab housekeeping on the third day I was there in the hall! I don’t recommend if your staying there with a 11 year old!

Housekeeping didn’t collect dirty nor bring clean towels.

While the motel wasn't that bad the fact that it was misrepresented was the problem. I called before I booked and was told that the casino and hotel were connected WRONG. For someone who likes to have a drink while playing, forget it because there wasn't a waitress to be found on the premises. Three days there and I got 1 draft beer. Stay north, Pearl River or Tunica

Not good right away because right off that bat arrived at 248 to check in no one was in lobby or at desk I stated checking in she check in is 300 I said it is 250 she then said actually it’s 248 and she could check is in at 300. No other guests was ever there then at 300 she called us that we now can check in so petty. Not even going to waste more words to describe my stay.

It was a very nice atmosphere. But the room furniture needs updated or repaired, and housekeeping was very unsatisfactory. Our bathroom was not clean at all. The floor and shower were still dirty. The carpet felt sticky. If these things would improve I wouldn’t mind staying again. But very disappointed for what we paid for the room.
