They charged my card 400 something dollers after i payled through expedia they requested my card for the depsoit then personally charged my card with a pinpad signature i didnt authorize 3 times

No complimentary breakfast or casino shuttle and the hotel made 400$ worth of unauthorized transactions

Housekeeping never came to take out trash or replace towels. The fridge was horrible. We had to keep turning it back on every two hours. There was no microwave. The ladies at the front were AMAZING.

Husband had to fix toilet, the jets on Jacuzzi didnt work, the shower was was either freezing or boiling hot, the 1 elevator was broke so we waited for at least 10 minutes and both times elevator was full of staff & their equipment forcing us to wait til some one finally told us that we could use emergency exit stairway, stairyway had a dirty diaper on the landing. Mary was amazing as well as the manager apologized and said that he would be refunding our monies which has not happened as of yet and we checked out on Thursday 3-6-2025

The staff was friendly, and the room was dirty. The floor had debris, there was hair around the sink, and mold on the shower curtains. I will not stay here again

The foot of the bed was 4” higher than the head and beds are old and uncomfortable. Could see fingerprints all over the desk. Floors were not very. Clean. It was pretty quiet and was ok for a night I guess.
