Hotel is in need of many repairs. Safe was broken, dressers has broken doors, mini fridge not working, nasty stains on furniture, tables appear to be used for a chopping block, they ration the in room coffee, no shuttle to casino that is 1/2 mile away, no restaurant, no guest laundry, luggage cart only available to use if you surrender your id….. just to mention a few things

No restaurant onsite. Casino restaurant closed on Sunday, maybe more. No shuttle like the website said, not since Covid 5 years ago! Casino is across the street. Thin walls, heard people in the hall all night although not near the elevator.

Staff was rude. Property was in disrepair: half the ice machines don’t work which means having to go to a different floor to find ice. There was scat in my room, a little animal turd of some variety. I was afraid to find out where it came from. Also, it’s not at all clear when booking that the hotel is not even on the same side of the street as the casino AND there is no longer a shuttle to the casino. You either have to walk or drive. I walked and I was followed back to my hotel by a shady character named “Memphis.” After that encounter I didn’t leave the safety of the hotel. I even made sure to repark my vehicle (once I knew the coast was clear) to a park of the parking lot that was visible from my room and well lit. I would not recommend staying here if you are a woman traveling alone.

"AVOID AT ALL COST"

I'm highly disappointed. I waited to make this review as I wanted to give some time, but it has now been 20 days since I was told that I would be refunded for our stay and still no refund. I want to start off by saying that Mary, the front desk lady that checked us in as well as got the manager the next day was amazing. However, the hotel itself was, simply put - DISGUSTING. My husband had to fix the toilet as it wouldn't flush. Next we went out and purchased food so that we could stay in and being a "luxury' hotel at 150$ a night, one would think they would be able to spring for microwaves in the room. I mean, most hotel rooms have microwaves at least. So after ordering doordash so we would have at least something to eat, we go down to wait in the lobby and was in the lobby for at least 10 minutes there was not one single person in the lobby at all other than us. Not a person behind the desk, no security - NOTHING. Next the jacuzzi (& ONLY reason we decided to stay at this place) barely even worked (like 2 jets didn't work at all and the others barely even moved the water) and with no one on duty at the desk who was going to fix or move us to different room? So completely disappointed the 1st night. Get up, take a shower that the choice of water is either freezing cold or boil your skin off hot. Get our stuff out, make sure room is picked up and all dirty linen is in a pile to make housekeeping life easier, go to check out and there is only one working elevator that we had to let go by twice because the staff decided check out time was the best time to move large equipment therefore taking up all the elevator space and making guest carry all their luggage down the stairs of which in the one stairwell there was a full dirty a** diaper laying there. That was the straw the broke the camals back for me & I said something to Mary (who was AMAZING) who got the manager, Norm (I think but not 100%) but taller older white gentlemen with grey hair came out from his office and spoke with me. Said that he was going to refund me immediately after hearing how horrible our stay was. Not only did I not get refunded they didn't give me my 50$ security deposit back either. WOULD COMPLETELY AVOID THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER.

We were excited after a long drive to stop at a hotel casino and enjoy a few hours of fun. The hotel is not attached to the casino and is actually across the street on a separate property.Then,we did not get the non-smoking, queen room that we reserved. The front desk person had an attitude that just because we booked it is not what we get & tried to put us in a smoking room, we refused and ended up with a two double accessible room,. The ice machine did not work on our floor or the floor above us, the hot tub was closed & filled with rocks.
