We had a great evening with Veronica and Noelle. Veronica provided great recommendations for what to order while there (letting us know that there was salmon available that wasn’t on the menu!) as well as ideas of what to do while visiting the area. Would recommend - ask for Veronica and wish Noelle creative vibes in fashion school!

Instagram stated free breakfast… found out that wasn’t true (not their fault) don’t believe everything on IG. The restaurant was available and beautiful dining view and seating, choices for breakfast was t what I wanted.

The Allegria Hotel 🏨 is scenic with beach access, rooftop bar, and 2nd Floor restaurant. The Staff Sharon & Donna are friendly, professional, and amazing. They will make your stay awesome.

Incredible service, the upgraded rooms are pretty and clean. The hotel is on the beach. The rooftop pool is fun and beautiful and overlooks the beach. The drinks are yummy.

Stunning location with sea view room. AC in room set to 62 so room was freezing when we arrived. One elevator not in service during our stay. Rooftop pool deck spectacular views. Access to beach with beach pass and chairs provided by the hotel.

Took a while for the room to come up to normal temperature which was a shame as we were only staying one night.

Our stay started when we arrived at 2pm. We approached the front desk to see if we could check in early. We were rudely told, "We were at capacity last night. I won't begin checking anyone in until 4pm." We then tried to go to the pool. One of the elevators was broken. The wait to get an elevator was long as "They were at capacity." We got to the pool to find the only lounge chairs available had broken umbrellas. We ordered cocktails and finally tried to relax. Then 2 security people and the manager on duty came. They shut the pool down because some children found loose tiles on the bottom of the pool. No early check-in, no pool, and no elevator so far. Now we get a show from what appears to be an employee that was off duty as he kept going in employee only areas. He was totally wasted, chanting about the Knicks and eventually passed out on a lounge chair. You will know who he was as he was extremely red from the sun. There was a ton of trash flying everywhere as the teens working by the pool were not cleaning up food trash or used towels, Now we try to go purchase a coffee from the little market in the lobby. The coffee maker is broken. Add that to the list of repairs. Luxury resort this is not. There were too many broken items and all of the staff seemed to not want to be there, except for the drunk guy. Your staff needs to be trained on how to be welcoming and many repairs need to be done.
