It was waterfront and the pool was ontop of the building

There was a party on the rooftop and one elevator was done the entire day causing a huge delay getting up and down the elevator.

We have been coming to the Allegria since it opened. We love the atmosphere, being right on the water; however, service has always been sub par - until today. Gwen is a superstar! Attentive, friendly and always moving. She is a true asset to your establishment.

"Sharon is great"

Good hotel. Rooms are decent even though the toilet has been running the entire time. But Sharon at the front desk is awesome. She's always going beyond to help out.

The Allegria is so lovely! Right on the ocean🌊fabulous! A special shoutout to 🌟 Sharon 🌟. She is incredibly helpful, with a warm smile, sunny attitude, and friendly manner. She is truly wonderful and made our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located. If you need to escape from New York, this hotel is the perfect place to stay.
