Allegria Hotel

Beautiful hotel, great service, thanks for all your kindness Geronimo 🙌🏼

I live in Long Beach and try to come here from time to time. It has a beautiful mezzanine bar overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean.. But since day one, this hotel has lacked the ability to run itself Professionally, the staff is undertrained. There is virtually no floor management. The other day, a man without a shirt, covered with tattoos comes to the bar to order a drink. The policy is not to serve him because he is not properly attired. Indeed, one bartender refuses yet another guy at the bar shakes His hand, gives him a drink and proceeds to befriend Him. Finally a staff member advises him He has to sit outside on the Terrace adjoining the bar. The customer proceeds to takes a chair and goes to sit outside next to the boardwalk, which I believe is also illegal. No one on the staff indicates he has to move. I make mention of this because the very bartender ( Christian )who becomes arrogant and says he'll be glad not to serve me totally dismissing his lack of professionalism simply because I indicated how inappropriateI thought this was... I did finally speak to the bar supervisor who 100% agreed with me and was even kind enough to buy me a drink by way of an apology. But this is again an indication of the Allegrias inability to manage such a beautiful property and run it professionally. The same could be set for other services in other locations of the hotel

We stayed over for a few nights to catch a local show. The hotel was beautiful and right on the beach. We enjoyed the roof pool. The manager ,Kevin, was first class. He settled us in, gave us lots of tips, and was genuinely caring with a great memory! Looking forward to coming again

The Allegria Hotel in Long Beach, NY is a fabulous hotel! It’s right on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean. Which is the best view ever! When you step inside, the color scheme of the hotel blends in beautifully with being at the beach. The bar and restaurant all overlook the boardwalk and beach/ocean with a giant wall of windows. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or want a night out with beautiful views! I want to give a special shout out to Patti who welcomes you at the restaurant and bar! She made my time there that much nicer! I love the Allegria!!!

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I bought a day pass and came up to the rooftop pool, were I was treated right when I walked in by my server Chris who was excellent and extremely kind. I will definitely be coming back.

We enjoy Breakfast at least once a week at the hotel. The service was very good However, the hostess Patti made the experience excellent. She greeted us warmly and professionally. She made sure everything was going smoothly. And an after we finished we were again treated in an outstanding manner by her. Patti is asset to the hotel.

This place is a surprisingly lovely location with beautiful views, great amenities, and wonderful staff. Anny, in particular, provides some of the best customer service I've experienced. I'm really happy and looking forward to coming back again!
