worst slot customer service the last 2 visits.had slot issue. pushed service button on machine . waited almost 6 minutes. asked a total of 5 ppl for help. one person even called casino manager who just told her yo find a slot tech. I even called the casino after 10 minutes. after a total of 18 minutes finally had slot tech respond who was very rude and accused me of not hitting service requests. I asked why the service light was lite she just stared at me. NEVER AN APOLOGY FROM ANYONE

I like mostly everything. Except cigarette smell by the the elevator.

The hot tub controls where broken on two of the jet sides so only one side truly worked.

Convenience to I-80 and I like the sports bar. The rooms are in need of some upgrade, plumbing noisy and bed mattress indented from heavy people sleeping on one side

It wasn’t very clean I.e,. Our room. The cigarette smell was horrendous. The prices of everything was high. The having to pay extra for internet service wasn’t good. Overall, our exper wasn’t that good.

The property is located next to the freeway, which was very convenient. The property itself was very clean, the rooms had very comfortable beds, and were nice and spacious. I also liked the toiletries that were included in the room. The staff was very helpful when they couldn’t find my Booking.com reservation and helped me rebook and refunded the prepaid rate. Last but not least, we had a delicious evening meal from the ESPN bar, and an even better breakfast from 1853 Bistro. Absolutely delicious. All in all, it was a great stay and I would book there again if I’m in the area.

No complaints. Other than the reservation issue, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault, everything was great.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room and convenience of staying on site of the hotel.

There are no stairs going upstairs to the hotel room. I’m very closterphobic, the only stairs we found were ones to exit the building, but our room key didn’t work to get back in and use the stairs to go up to our room so I only went to my room once as I didn’t want to have to take an elevator more than necessary. So the stairs up to the hotel rooms should be more accessible.

The staff was helpful when we told them we were out of soaps and they gave us refills.

The jacuzzi definitely needed cleaned as it was dirty and had stuff floating in it when we filled it up, our special request we had made before arriving was supposed to be accommodated for and it was not upon arrival, and we didn’t have any shower soap when we first arrived in our room.

It was clean and very easy to get to just off of the interstate.

We didn't like that in the sports bar.The bartender Patrick and the restaurant manager were aggressively arguing very loudly. Yelling the F---- and S--- words. We absolutely thought they were going to start throwing fists. Well, all that was going on.And we were waiting for our food. I had to ask and finally he brought the salad. It was good and then brought He brought my reuben sandwich and coming out from the bread was a three inch long hair with a root at the end of it. It was so disgusting! I immediately pointed it out, and he looked at me as if it were my hair, and I said, "oh no I haven't even touched the plate yet." While we were waiting for them to make a new sandwich, I decided to say something to both of them about what we had been witnessing.And of course, they just wanted to stand there and make excuses for themselves and play it off like they were just buddies in a little disagreement. It was far from that! I went to the front desk to report it and they said they couldn't help me to come back later which I did, and the only manager on duty for the entire hotel was the was the housekeeping manager and she was very friendly but said she could not do anything to come back in the morning. So I did that, when I checked out only to be told that they wouldn't even comp my meal for the ridiculous behavior of their staff, running our meal! I can also tell you that if you are the least bit handicapped his is not the hotel for you to stay at. From the front desk to get back to the restaurants or the elevator to the hotel is very far.And then if you choose to park in the parking garage, it's exactly the same distance to go from the parking garage.All the way to the elevators in the middle of the hotel to get to the rooms. Even if I didn't have this problem with the restaurant, the staff and their unwillingness to adjust a twenty six dollar meal. I would never stay here again because of the inconvenience.
