"Ok, men forventingene var større"

Hotellet i seg selv var ok. Frokost var elendig, men pizza på Skageflå restauranten var meget god. God service, men rommet fremsto som vasket kjapt over. Hull i gulvet, dårlig seng som skulle være dobbelt, men ble 2 senger slått sammen i ett. Umulig å få seg en god nattesøvn pga det. Ingen bar som var åpent på hotellet, selv om det sto i en infomappe at den skulle være det. Utsikten fra panorama terrassen var nydelig. Alt i alt hotellet trenger litt kjærlighet både ut og innvendig, så kommer det til å bli bra.

"Godt ophold på Geiranger hotel i Geiranger"

Vi havde et dejligt ophold her. Hotellet ligger med en skøn udsigt over Geirangerfjorden med dens stejle fjellsider. Vi havde en balkon, hvor vi kunne side om aftenen og nyde udsigten. Hoteller fint med særdeles gode, rummelige og luksuriøse værelser med al moderne komfort. Restauranten er rimelig og ok.

Rommet så ut som noen hadde skrapt av lakk på gulvet, det var svarte striper. Stikkontakt på veggen var knust så bare halve kontakten var brukende. På badet var det kun håndsåpe i pose ved vasken, ingen såpe i beholder på badet. Ved innsjekk ble vi oppfordret til å betale 400 kr ekstra for å få sjøutsikt.

"Exceptional"

Lovely hotel with a stunning view of Geiranger fjord. We had the "advantage" of travelling at the end of the season and with footfall already diminished by the Covid pandemic and no cruise ships in sight. Not a brand new property but kept in very good shape. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was well worth the visit for dinner.

Clean rooms. Got upgraded with a nice view over the fjord. Bathroom might need a facelift. Besides that, OK room.

I liked the staff who gave us a very scenic room. I could hear noises from the room above which resulted in poor sleep. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful room and views. Reception recommended a nearby restaurant as they would be crowded with three buses of tourists. Best meal ever.

There is a beautiful view of the fjord, which can't be beat by any other property, but the Hotell Geiranger is also accessible from the town on foot.
