"Poor Customer Service"

We arrived for a 5 day stay and from the get go we had issues with the room. There was clothing left from someone else which doesn't say much about housekeeping as well as the safe did not work. We called to have someone come to the room and no one did. Later that evening around midnight the AC didn't cool, they sent a maintenance person which could not fix the issue and the had to move us from the room at 1am in the morning. I asked for the manager to contact me and no one did. I followed up again at the front desk and they said the manager would contact me. He never did. The staff at the main restaurant is not very friendly and the manager seemed to have a bad attitude. Overall the hotel seems to be in need of customer service training as they did not leave a good impression. Now that there are other options in Cesme, I will certainly not be staying here.

"Ich komme seit 10 Jahren in dieses Hotel mit der Familie, da es absolut alles hat. Super Standort, sehr guten Zugang zum"

Die Zimmer wurden vor kurzem renoviert - es wirkt deshalb alles sauberer und moderner. Super Strandzugang und die Lage ist super, da der Standort sehr nahe zu Alacati & auch zur Marina ist.

Das Abendessen war bisschen zu teuer heuer, weshalb wir ohne gebucht haben dieses Jahr.

"Hôtel top nourriture à fuir"

L’hôtel a été rénové depuis ma dernière visite les Chambre sont très belle. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très souriant c’est très agréable. Par contre la qualité de la nourriture a drastiquement baissé et est inacceptable pour un hôtel radisson et surtout 5 étoiles surtout un 5 étoile à çesme

Der Steg am Meer hat keine Sonnenschirme. Pavillonpreise viel zu teuer (umgerechnet 200 Euro pro Tag) Frühstück war gut mit guter Auswahl. Mehr Brotauswahl wäre wünschenswert. Andere Personen von Außerhalb können über den Strand ins Hotel und die Sonnenliegen benutzen. Das Hotelpersonal weiß Bescheid und unternimmt nichts. Betten werden nicht gut bezogen. Der Spa ist sehr schön, jedoch funktionierte das Waschbecken mit dem Eis nicht, sodass kein Eis vorhanden war. Meines Erachtens zu wenig Ruheplätze bzw. Liegen vorhanden. In der Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Shampoo, Duschgel etc. Kaffee, Tee im Zimmer wurde nicht nach jeder Zimmerreinigung aufgefüllt.
