Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Cesme

Otelin konumu, personelin ilgisi, odaların konforu ve temizliği herşey harika Tek olumsuz yönü yemeklerin ve içeceklerin çok pahalı olması. Açık büfe akşam yemeği 3.000 tl kişi başı dediler çoook saçma ve abartı.

Otel yoğunluğu nedeniyle temizlikte biraz aksaklıklar yaşandı

Gerek konum, gerek hizmet, gerekse deniz tam istediğimiz gibiydi. Açık büfe fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Otelin yoğunluğundan olsa gerek temizlik biraz aksayabiliyordu. Personel son derece yardımcıydı.

Great for short trips, but foods and beverages very expensive. Service needs improvement, room was not cleaned once.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Radisson Blu was so poor that I feel compelled to share: - Upon arrival, the room was extremely dirty. We were given a new room, but even that wasn’t properly cleaned. - Reception staff were rude and arrogant. The hotel seemed to be run by students working summer jobs, and even managers barely spoke English. - My clothes went missing and it took endless calls to retrieve them. They were in the first room, yet I was told not to complain but to file a police request. I was shocked. - Breakfast was very basic and not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. - Loud American 2000s music played daily at the beach and pool, which ruined any sense of a relaxing resort atmosphere. - I stayed in two non-star hotels in Izmir before this, and both were cleaner, friendlier, and more professional than Radisson Blu Cesme. - I deeply regret staying here, especially because of how rude the staff were. - All in all: I made a mistake. Never again.

The Spa was the highlight of the hotel.

Gym needs update half the machines are broken and about 80% + of the staff do not speak english. Cleaning staff where not great did not fill up the shampoo or give towels sometimes had to always ask

Fabulous spa Comfortable rooms Lovely pool and beach

Limited and expensive food options if you weren’t on full board. Insane price of drinks - around £20 for a glass of house wine. Located a bit outside Cesme.
