"El balance costo-beneficio es nulo."

Fue una experiencia muy mala. Lo único rescatable fue el jardín en donde tienen áreas para poder disfrutar en familia.

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas. Afuera de mi habitación, estaba la tubería descubierta y en obra negra. Dentro de la habitación la única conexión de luz era una clavija pegada con cinta de aislar. Los camastros rotos y sucios. Muchas habitaciones en obra, con trabajadores entrando y saliendo con materiales y herramientas, si la ningún aviso de precaución. No hay elevadores. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones muy deficiente (no fue diario y solo tendieron la cama). El Bufete muy malo y con comida insuficiente: charolas vacías, platillos fríos, no había ni suficiente miel para pancakes !

"Worst Mexican Vacation ever"

I don’t know where to start. WestJet package, I’ve been travelling to Mexico since 1984. This truly was the worst trip in every way. 2 hour bus ride from airport to hotel late at night. Mostly a hotel for Mexican nationals who love a 2 star hotel. Hotdogs were the mainstay for meals. No WestJet rep at the hotel. Everyone got sick, except the guy on drugs next to our room who got moved across the street because his detox screaming kept everyone awake. Truly brutal place. I can’t believe WestJet offers this as a vacation destination. If it was free I wouldn’t go.
