Прекрасный отель! Действительно комфортный отдых!

Utopia World Hotel is a wonderful place to relax and truly enjoy your vacation. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the views are simply breathtaking. The spa offer is also exceptional — a large selection of treatments, deeply relaxing rituals, and complete professionalism at every step. A perfect place for rest, comfort, and unforgettable moments. Highly recommended!

Aqua park really nice. Towel facilities everywhere so you don't need to carry towels everywhere. Kids club are absolutely brilliant, three times a day,my girl loved it, a lot of different activities just to much heating in kids club. Rooms are nice, a lot of rooms I saw from my family members are the same,double bed and one single bed, mirror tv. Loved inside pool and jacuzzi

Food, bland, had stomach issues myself and my husband in the end I just had to eat soup and vegetables (not a picky eater, plus I'm expecting so definitely not from alcohol). Plus gaps between lunch and dinner is 2 hours so you won't get anything between. Beach only rocks, distance is fine just a lot of stairs to come back. Annoying up selling for massages and up selling first day at reception for hotel room instead of villa room. First time seeing such a huge amount of Russian people in one hotel, complicated for kids who speaks in English to find friends there. Comparing to 3star hotel it is not worth spending such money. Wouldn't go second time myself but would recommend it to someone who loves staying in hotel and relax.

Our holiday at Utopia World was overall truly amazing the hotel’s view cleanliness and the staff’s attention were very impressive especially the animation team added a completely different energy to our vacation Tayfun who was organizing the land sport activities was very professional with his communication energy and attention towards the guests the dart activities were really fun and the way he interacted with everyone and created a friendly atmosphere made us even more satisfied thanks to the animation team our holiday became much more enjoyable the only negative point was the food although there was a wide variety the taste was a little below our expectations other than that everything was very successful

Beautiful atmospheric place, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful room with great equipment and a beautiful view of the sea. Wonderful people!

Бассейны, еда разнооборазная, аквапарк, виды на море, горы, город, напитки, бары, вечерние программы. Персонал очень дружелюбный, номера со свежим ремонтом, чистые.

Расположение, далековато от центра города, приходилось спускаться и очень тяжело плдниматься обратно в отель, очень крутая дорога.

Nice views and facilities

Seemed like a hotel made for russian people only. Some of the staff were russian. Almost all guests were russian, all activities were in russian etc Also, didn’t felt ultra luxury. I’d say more of a 4 star hotel. Also, alot of amneties close after 6pm such as spa and indoor pool etc. not much to do if it rains
